The Management of the company is represented by Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Directors which basically represent «Bireau of Directors». Bireau of Directors integrates the developmental, managerial and control function.

The management of PMC Engineering is comprised of:

Director: Dragoljub Cvetkovic, MSc in Civil Engineering, born 1961, speaks and writes in English, worked three years in Construction company “RAD” on designing and construction of residential buildings, 10 years in Military Technical Institute on the construction and research, 1 year in PC “Yugoimport SDPR” in the Department for Engineering, and as of December 1, 1999 has been a director of “PMC Engineering”.
Deputy Director: Milica Bozovic, BSc in Civil Engineering, born 1952, actively speaks and writes in English, worked for 16 years in “Partizanski put” on the construction and design of residential buildings, and for the past 7 years she has worked in PMC Engineering.
Assistant Director for Quality: Dejan Gajic, BScEE, born 1973, speaks and writes in English, has been employed with PMC Engineering since 2000.
Assistant Director for Technical Affairs: Goran Mandic, BSCE, born 1960, speaks and writes in English, worked 2 years in CC Radnik, 2 years in CC Kazimir Veljković, 11 years in CC Rad on the construction and design of residential buildings, and last three years with PMC Engineering.
Advisor: Dragoslav Gobelić, BSC in Civil Engineering (Roads and Pavements), born 1948, actively speaks and writes in English, worked 25 years in Military technical Institute on research and development, 2005 started working in PMC.
