Quality Management System

Company PMC Engineering has carried out the certification of its QMS in June 2004 according to series of standards ISO 9001:2000 and from British certification body “DAS CERTIFICATION Ltd” it has got the Certificate No SO1-402. Meanwhile two supervision inspections have been carried out by the same house, and the recertification of Quality Management System impends in 2007.

Also in 2007 it is planned to introduce the integrated system of Quality Management and certification according to standards ISO 14000 and ISO 18000. Process implies the education of employees, alteration and amendment of existing QMS and certification.

Based on the insight into the Plan of Improvement of QMS for 2006 it can be stated that the company accomplished most of the elements of the plan:

The supervision control was successfully executed in June 2006.
Two internal controls of QMS were completed – in June and September 2006.
Three out of four planned controls of business plan execution were carried out – March, June, and September.
All computer users have been connected into the computer network.

Execution in regard to Human Resources plan:

6 employees left the company,
7 new employees have been hired
Personnel education has been executed through lectures, courses and seminars in the following areas:

seminar in ISO 18000, 2 employees
solid waste management, 3 employees
mine blaster course,3 employees
transport and handling of dangerous materials, 2 employees
AUTO CAD course, 2 employees
Two day training for work and data management on the computer network, all employees
Training for Anti Fire Protection, all employees
seminar VAT in construction works ,1 employee

Plan of improvement of QMS for 2007 foresees

Training in ISO 14000, all employees
Training in ISO 18000, all employees
Recertification of QMS ISO 9001,
Certification of Quality Management System according to ISO 14000 and 18000,
Internal control of QMS, twice a year
Checking and preparation of Project balance, three times a year.
